The Unit has four laboratories including Post Harvest Technology, Biotechnology, bioinformatics and Computer Aided Design lab which possess all the required instruments and equipment for basic product preparation and analysis with respect to these three disciplines. The list of instruments include Real Time PCR, Gel Documentation Unit, spectrophotometers, cold extruder etc.
