Gamma Irradiation services are provided to all intending users of  ICAR and non-ICAR universities /Institutes and universities along with private industries. Additionally various seed companies, Mahyco, Shakti seeds, Patanjali, JK papers, ITC have made use of the facility in the past. A nominal service fee is charged.

The Division provides services for procurement to safe use and disposal of radioisotopes for the Institute. Customized need based novel experiments and strategies involving use of radiotracers are designed and executed for better  understanding of  the plant metabolic pathways and determination of activity of key regulatory enzymes particularly those involved in carbon metabolism.

Services and expert manpower are provided for use of the Portable Photosynthesis system (IRGA) throughout the year for Scientists of different Divisions at the Institute.

Services towards analysis of essential and beneficial mineral nutrients and heavy metals provided to students and faculty at the Institute through the use of AAS, Flame photometer and UV-Vis spectrophotometer equipment.
