Early fruit maturity in the second week of October under north India. Average fruit weight is 221.96 g, juice content (47.95%), medium thick peel high TSS (10.13 oBrix) and moderate acidity (51.04 mg/ 100 ml huice. Resistant to greening disease and free from granulation. Yield 37.41 kg per tree with an estimated yield of 23.38 t/ha.

First seedless pummelo mutant of our country with high juice recovery (41.43%). Average fruit weight- 496.95 g (much less than exiting genotypes). Ready to harvest in the first week of October i.e.15 days earlier than other sweet citrus varieties of sweet orange, grapefruit and pummelo. Higher fruit yield (45.55 kg/tree; 28.47 ton/ha), very low acidity (0.39% citric acid) over standard pummelo (white fleshed). Distinct advantage in yield and quality characters over existing pummelo genotypes.
