  1. An endophytic fungus Rhizopus oryzae was used to production and extraction of bioactive compounds. One potential compound i.e. methyl eugenol was first time (Faisal and Prasad, 2016)
  1. Pusa Mungbean 1371: The variety was developed from Pusa Vishal x IPM 02-19 and developed plant erect growth habit with dark beaked pod at maturity with higher yielding and medium bold seeded. Crop matures in 68-110 days (81 days). It showed multiple resis
  1. Pusa Mungbean 1431: The variety was tested for three years in NCR in Coordinated and station trails and has 1344Kg/ha average seed yield which is 12.5% higher to best check Pusa 9531 (1194 Kg/ha). It matures in 66 days and is 14 days early to Pusa 9531. I
  1. Nano-sizing of bioactive compounds were also evaluated against J2 of M. incognita in lab and root knot disease under glasshouse conditions and found effective as nematicidal and reduction of root knot disease (Pal et al., 2016)
  1. Development of host differential against white rust disease caused by Albugo candida: a set of 48 genotypes of Brassica juncea differentiated the 11 pathotypes of Albugo candida was confirmed
