It is a unique mango hybrid having regularity in bearing, attractive fruit shape, bright red peel and orange-yellow pulp. Trees are semi-dwarf and 278 plants of this hybrid can be accommodated in a hectare at a planting distance of 6 m x 6 m. It has oblong shape and uniform sized fruits having moderate TSS (18.67%), acidity (0.33%), high pulp content (70%) and ascorbic acid content (35.34 mg/100 g pulp). On per tree basis, it yields 50.33 kg and estimated yield is 14.0 t/ha.

It is a unique hybrid obtained by crossing Amrapali and Lal Sundari. It has regular bearing habit, attractive fruit shape, greenish-yellow peel with red tinge on shoulders and yellow orange pulp. It has elongated oblong and uniform fruits. Average fruit weight 223.4 g. It has moderate sweetness, pleasant aroma and good sugar: acid blend. Fruits are fibreless, TSS (20.38%), acidity (0.27%), ascorbic acid (39.78 mg/100 g pulp) and ?-carotene contents (9,738 micro g per 100 g pulp). Suitable for table as well as processing purposes (68.76% pulp content). Trees are semi-vigorous and about 278 plants can be accommodated in a hectare at a planting distance of 6 m x 6 m. Pusa manohari showed field tolerance to mango malformation disease. On per tree basis, it yields 58 kg and estimated yield is 16.1 t/ha.
