  1. Naringin, Hesperidine and Limonin extraction protocol were standardized for newly developed citrus hybrids.Extraction of high quality DNA and RNA of mango has been standardized.
  1. Genome sequencing of mango variety Amrapali and parents Neelum and Dashehari. Transcriptome of Neelum, Dasehehari, Amrapali, Bombay Green, Totapuri, Pusa Arunima were completed.
  1. using ddRAD sequencing SNP chip of mango was developed and copyright also granted.
